PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive at your appointment in good time (ideally 10 minutes beforehand)
CONSENT FORM
You agree to provide your signature at the start of treatment and that we are authorised to contact doctors and other therapists to whom you are undergoing treatment in order to facilitate an adequate exchange.
CANCELLATION
Anyone can be unavailable at any time. We try to take your wishes into account when organising appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We run our company on an appointment system, i.e. we only carry out treatments on the basis of fixed appointments and keep an appointment agreed with you exclusively for you, so that there is hardly any waiting time for you. In the event of a cancellation with a shorter notice period, regardless of the reason (illness, traffic jam, work, etc.), we will endeavour to reschedule the appointment, but this is not always possible. As we incur fixed costs for the cancelled appointment, we must charge you for the cancelled appointment in accordance with the regulation in §615 BGB.
PRESCRIPTION FEE
Physiotherapy and occupational therapy services are covered by health insurance. Normally there is a co-payment, which is made up as follows: €10.00 + 10% of the prescription value. If you are exempt from the prescription fee, please bring your exemption card with you.
VALIDITY PERIOD & INTERRUPTION OF PRESCRIPTION
A prescription should be available before the first appointment and is currently valid for 28 days after the date of issue. Furthermore, it may not be interrupted for longer than 4 weeks. Please note that these deadlines may change and that we will comply with them for billing purposes.
